Water’s Edge Cooler

Just stop. You had me at Bourbon. But then you added the sweet vermouth and the ginger ale. Then, if this all wasn’t enough, you added fruit and now I’m feeling almost giddy and downright healthy about imbibing this yummy concoction. You can muddle me lightly anytime.


You will need:

1 oz     Cleveland Underground Bourbon Finished with Black Cherry Wood
1 oz      Sweet vermouth
½ oz   Triple Sec
1 slice of lemon
1 slice of orange
A few strawberry halves
Ginger Ale
Fresh mint


  1. Place the first six ingredients into a shaker tin and muddle lightly
  2. Shake and strain into a pint glass packed with ice
  3. Top with ½ Coke and ½ Ginger Ale
  4. Garnish with fresh mint
