Tropical Bourbon Cider
While cider season is officially upon us, we’re not quite ready to fully give in to fall. Hang onto summer and take your taste buds and mind to a tropical island with this Tropical Bourbon Cider! The sweet and fruity notes of the coconut rum and the Sparkling Cider work so well with the spices from our Christmas Bourbon, providing a perfect flavor combination. Light and refreshing on the palate but you will feel the holiday baking spices working on the way down with a smooth and satisfying finish. This cocktail is easy to make and with only a handful of ingredients needed, it’s the perfect excuse to have your friends over for one last summer cocktail hour.

- 2 oz Christmas Bourbon
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes of Toasted Almond Bitters
- 4 oz Sparkling Cider
- Apple Wedges
- In a cocktail tin with ice stir together the first four ingredients.
- Top with Sparkling Cider.
- Garnish with Apple Wedges.
