You will need:
1 1/2 oz Cleveland Underground Sugar Maple Wood Bourbon
1 oz Unsweetened Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz Grade A Maple Syrup
- Add ice to a coupe glass and top with water.
- Add the bourbon, ruby red grapefruit juice, and maple syrup to a shaker tin filled with ice and shake aggressively.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the cocktail into it for serving.
- Garnish with fresh peppermint.
