Peachy Pomme Tea
We brewed up something special for National Hot Tea Day this week. On Thursday, January 12th, we celebrate the second most consumed beverage in the world. This Peachy Pomme Tea is Tea-riffic! Tea has been around since the 2nd century B.C. but there has never been a cup of tea like this one. Highlighted by our Bridge & Main® American Wheat Bourbon and a homemade Honey Sage Syrup, this spiked tea will have you smiling ear to ear!
The Honey Sage Syrup is so easy to make (see below) and really sets this spiked tea apart from others. The unique herbal sweetness pairs so well with the smoky notes from the bourbon and the sweetness from the Hot White Peach Tea. Add some juicy, ruby-colored Pomegranate arils and muddle. The sourness of the juice balances the sweetness of the honey perfectly. It’s delightful! Pomegranates contain ample amounts of Vitamin C and are high in antioxidants. So, you can feel good while enjoying this Peachy Pomme Tea! It’s the best of both worlds and guess what..not only is it National Hot Tea Day this Thursday, but it is also National Hot Tea Month! So, you can sport that ear-to-ear smile all month long with this Peachy Pomme Tea.
Reminder: Smiling is contagious. Have a one-of-a-kind tea party with your friends! Cheers!
P.S. Sage and Honey are also often used together as a natural remedy because of their smooth texture and combined antibacterial properties.
