Kilgore Trout
The Kilgore Trout is for the real dessert cocktail connoisseurs out there. We started with our classic Black Reserve Bourbon and paired it with Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur and Fernet Branca to give it a sweet but intense flavor and aroma. We didn’t stop there, we performed a dry-shake with Green Chartreuse Liqueur, Half and Half, and Whole Milk to get a nice frothy topping on the already mixed concoction. Together it is a burst of all different kinds of flavors, different after each sip. Pro tip: Garnish with grated cocoa and a mint leaf for a little color and an elegant touch!

Kilgore Trout
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Black Reserve
- 1 oz Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Fernet Branca
- 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Half & Half
- 3/4 oz Whole Milk
Instructions
- Add the first three ingredients (bourbon, chocolate liqueur, Fernet) to a mixing tin filled with ice and stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- In a separate shaker, combine the last three ingredients and dry shake to froth.
- Layer the Chartreuse froth on top of the cocktail.
- Garnish with grated cocoa and a mint sprig.
