Citrus Bourbon Smash
Ingredients
- Coconut Water Ice Cubes
- 1/2 of a Quartered Lime
- 1 1/2 oz of Cleveland Underground Bourbon Whiskey Finished with Black Cherry Wood
- 2 oz of Chilled Mango Juice
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- Chilled Ginger Beer
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Toss the lime chunks and Cleveland Underground Bourbon Finished with Black Cherry Wood into a shaker tin and muddle. You want as much of the lime juice, zest oil, and bitter pith to get into the base as possible.
- Add mango juice and stir to combine.
- Fill a pint glass with coconut water ice cubes.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Fill to just about the top of the pint glass with ginger beer.
- Roll half an ounce of black strap rum over the top of the drink.
- Garnish with rolled and spanked sprigs of mint.
