Chocolate Peanut Butter Covered Grape Highball
Do you have a ridiculous amount of leftover Peeps® from your Easter celebration and don’t know what to do with them? Well, it’s time to take those wonderful sweet and fluffy marshmallows and use them in a cocktail! Because that’s what we do. Introducing the Chocolate Peanut Butter Covered Grape Highball!
You’ll need some Waterloo Grape Flavored Sparkling Water, which is made with a blend of dark purple Concord grapes and nostalgic flavors that surprise and delight every time. Combine that with the sweet notes of chocolate and peanut butter from our Magic Rabbit® Whiskey and some Lemon Bitters and you have yourself a one-of-a-kind cocktail. As you can tell from the photo, we used the Peeps as part of the garnish. You know how we like to do things here, so of course, we modified the Peeps just a little by dipping them into melted chocolate and then covering them with crushed peanuts. This is a fun cocktail to make and the taste is so worth it, cheers!
