Chai Obsession

You will need:

¼ oz Absinthe
Mint leaves, rolled and spanked
1½ oz         Cleveland Whiskey Sugar Maple Wood Bourbon
½ oz           Gran Gala Orange Liqueur
½ oz           Disaronno
½ oz           Lime Juice
½ oz           Ruby Grapefruit Juice
¼ oz           Orgeat
½ oz           Chai Syrup
2 Dashes    Angostura Orange Bitters
2 Dashes    Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Maraschino cherry
Lime Wedge (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice, add Absinthe, and fill with water to chill
  2. In a shaker tin, add the rest of the ingredients (except pineapple juice and cherry) and shake
  3. Dump the Absinthe-rinsed glass, repack with ice,
  4. Strain cocktail over ice, top with a splash of pineapple juice and garnish with maraschino cherry and lime wedge (optional)
