We like Rum. Don’t misunderstand. But we here are prone to Bourbon adoration. Mostly ours of course. So while the tiki sour cocktail world may choose rum as their preferred vehicle, we choose the more noble chariot of BOURBON for our Sixth City Sour.
Fresh oranges, fresh lemons, Orgeat and our sweet Bourbon. Sour cocktails never had it so good. Cheers.
Recipe
You will need:
2 oz Cleveland Underground Black Cherry Bourbon
2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup
Directions:
- Add Cleveland Whiskey, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice and Orgeat to cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with orange slice and mint leaves.
