1. REBATE OFFER CONDITIONS:
   1. Limited to legal drinking age residents of AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY only who have purchased Cleveland Whiskey the Wheat Penny 1958® Bourbon or Magic Rabbit® Whiskey from a state liquor or package store.
   2. This offer is non-transferable and void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
   3. A photo of the bottle purchased and the receipt with the date and time stamp and the product pictured circled uploaded to the official rebate page is a requirement.
   4. Employees of Cleveland Whiskey, LLC, affiliated companies and agencies, licensed distributors, retailers, and the immediate families of the Cleveland Whiskey staff are not eligible for reimbursement.
   5. Payment via PayPal is the only way to collect the payment.
   6. The rebate amount is $5 for Wheat Penny 1958 Bourbon & $3 for Magic Rabbit Whiskey. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery of the PayPal refund.
   7. The employees of Cleveland Whiskey, LLC, and affiliates are not responsible for incorrect email addresses. Please provide a valid email address that you have access to for the PayPal payment.
   8. This rebate offer is only available between the dates of 3/1/2023 and 8/31/2023.
   9. Only email addresses will be accepted. Rebates will not be sent to street addresses or PO Boxes. Fraudulent submission may result in federal prosecution.
