The Punchy Classic
The Punchy Classic combines two of the most popular beverages in America. Beer and Bourbon. To be more specific, our Bourbon Whiskey Finished with Hickory Wood and either Brew Kettle’s White Rajah (India Pale Ale) or Saucy Brew Work’s Punchline (fruit-flavored wheat ale). Both of these breweries are local to Cleveland, supporting local is always a plus! If you are not local to Cleveland, you can use any other India Pale Ale or fruit-flavored Wheat Ale. The combination of flavors from the beer and bourbon complement each other and offer a distinct cocktail experience.
This cocktail calls for some of our homemade Rhu’Snip Syrupm which you can find by following this link. It pairs perfectly with our Hickory Wood Finished Bourbon and has the ability to elevate any cocktail.
The Punchy Classic
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hickory Wood Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Rhu'snip Syrup
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Brew Kettle's White Raja or
- Saucy Brew Work's Punchline
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir and strain into a rocks glass filled with Ice.
- Top with White Raja or Punchline.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
