
Buckeye Slide
We’re here in the Buckeye state and we are presenting to you, the Buckeye Slide. A delightful dessert cocktail that has it all. We started with Graeter’s Buckeye Blitz Chocolate Chip Ice Cream which combines chocolate peanut butter ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, and their signature dark chocolate chips. If that doesn’t entice you, well we didn’t stop there! We threw in some of our Sugar Maple Wood Finished Bourbon, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, a demolished Heath Bar, and more!
Take your desert up another level with the Buckeye Slide. You’ll need a blender to mix it all up and then you’re ready! Share with your friends but please drink responsibly.
Buckeye Slide
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Sugar Maple Wood Bourbon
- Bittermens New Orleans Coffee Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Branca Mentha
- 1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tbsp White Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce
- 1 Scoop Graeter's Buckeye Blitz Ice Cream
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1 Demolished Heath Bar
Instructions
- Fill a hurricane glass with ice and top off with water, set aside.
- Add a scoop of ice to a blender.
- Add everything but the candy bar crumbles and whipped cream to the blender and pulverize until smooth.
- Discard ice water from your serving glass and pour the contents of the blender into it.
- Garnish with Whipped Cleveland Creamer and Heath Bar Crumbles.
