Kilgore Trout

You will need:

1 ½   oz Cleveland Whiskey Black Reserve Bourbon
1        oz Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
¼      oz Fernet Branca
¾      oz Green Chartreuse Liqueur
¾      oz Half and Half
¾      oz Whole Milk

Directions:

  1.  Add the first three ingredients to a mixing tin filled with ice and stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass
  2.  In a separate shaker, combine the last three ingredients and dry shake to froth
  3.  Layer the Chartreuse froth on top of the cocktail
  4.  Garnish with grated cocoa (optional) and a mint sprig
