Deep Fried Pickltini

This sounds like our R&D team has perhaps been drinking on the job.  BUT…… they do every day.  They haven’t lost their minds, though they may, at this point, be a bit pickled. HA. Until you’ve actually made one of these Pickltinis with our Smokin bourbon, and tasted it, you won’t take our word, but it is fantastic.  Pickles aren’t just for pregnant women. No, they are meant to be inclusively adored by all, in solid and, in this case, liquid form. So get in that refrigerator and look for the pickle jars.  Everyone has pickles, and now you can recycle pickle juice!  Good for you.
I need to go tell the R&D team to lay off the juice… pickle juice that is.  We are in the Whiskey business. Their craziness is going to put these future blogs in a pickle.

You will need:

1 1/2 oz Smokin Bourbon
1 oz Sweet and Spicy Pickle Juice
1 oz Dill Pickle Juice
Deep-Fried Pickles for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a shaker filled with ice combine the pickle juices & bourbon.
  2. Shake till chilled.
  3. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with deep-fried pickles.
