Coconut Rum (optional)
Tajin classic chili lime seasoning
1.5oz Cleveland Underground Bourbon Whiskey – Apple Wood
0.5oz Dry Curaçao or Orange Brandy
½ oz Pineapple juice
2-3 Dashes Fee Brother’s Grapefruit Bitters (or your favorite bitters)
Fresh juice of one lime
Club Soda or Lemon-Lime Soda (optional)
- Rim a rocks glass with a combination of Simple Syrup and Coconut Rum and dip in Tajin Classic Chili Lime Seasoning.
- Fill with ice and set aside.
- Shake drink ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into the prepared glass.
- Optionally top with a splash of Sprite or 7-up for bubbles and sweetness or Club Soda for just bubbles.
